As with all jewellery it's recommended to remove your jewellery before washing / showering and avoid contact with cleaning materials. Should your Silver tarnish it can be quickly brought back to its original shine with a silver cleaning cloth

Bracelet sizes
To find your bracelet size, wrap a piece of string loosely around your wrist and measure the length. Allow 1 cm for the thickness of the bracelet and if you are between sizes choose the larger size.UK default post will be Royal Mail signed for.International orders will be sent tracked and signed

    Returns

    You have 15 calendar days to notify us you wish to return an item from the date you received it. Your item must then be posted within a further 15 calendar days to be elegable for a refund

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Ear rings must be unworn.

    Refunds

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

    Shipping

    Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for any shipping costs for returning your item. If the item is faulty, please contact us before shipping for a return label as we are not able to re-imburse other shipping costs.
